Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern

Hi, I’m Renata Horowitz De Paoli, MSW~

I’m a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples find clarity, connection, and healing through life’s challenges. With a deep curiosity about human behavior and interpersonal relationships, I believe therapy is a powerful tool for increasing self-awareness, healing, and transformation.

After building a previous career, I followed my true passion into the field of mental health. As a therapist, I offer compassionate and nonjudgmental support to individuals feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or emotionally stuck. Whether you’re an adult facing life transitions, a parent struggling with connection, or a couple seeking renewed understanding, I am here to help.

As a mother of three, I hold a deep appreciation for the joys and complexities of parenting. I’m especially drawn to helping families and couples strengthen communication, resolve generational conflict, and rediscover emotional closeness.

Being an immigrant myself, I understand firsthand the emotional toll and identity shifts that come with big life changes. Since moving from Brazil in 2017, I’ve experienced many transitions—and I bring that empathy into my work with clients navigating similar experiences.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard. Whether you’re seeking healing from trauma, navigating change, or working toward a deeper connection with yourself and others, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

A little about me: Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and children, exploring creativity through mosaic art, and relaxing with my beloved cat. I also love traveling, cooking, going to the movies, and sharing laughs with friends.

Whether in person or through telehealth, I’m honored to hold space for your story—and I look forward to supporting you on your path toward greater wellbeing.
