Do you often struggle with unwanted thoughts intruding on you throughout your day? Do you have difficulty falling asleep because your thoughts keep you up at night? Are you finding it hard to balance work and family life? Do you often struggle to follow through on tasks? Do you tend to lose track of the time and find yourself late for commitments or fail to show up at all? Do you often find yourself taking out frustrations at loved ones due to feelings of overwhelm?
If any of these resonate with you, you have come to the right place. I have helped many individuals facing these challenges, as well as many others, develop effective coping skills, find meaningful resolution, and move forward in healthier and more balanced ways. I am passionate about helping people reduce their symptoms, grow, and feel better overall. Reaching out for help can feel scary, but you are braver than you know and stronger than you realize. You deserve to feel better, and putting your family first is important.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors, and I have specialized training in trauma-informed care and neurodivergent-related concerns. My philosophy is to tailor therapy to each individual and meet clients where they are. My goal is for every client to feel accepted, understood, and comfortable in therapy. I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and their healing.
I live in the Tampa Bay area with my two little doggies, Sammy and Bentley, and enjoy going to all the dog-friendly places and events in the area. I am a retired Air Force veteran and have two adult sons who live in New England and whom I love to visit. I enjoy decompressing at the beach during sunset while listening to music.
