Hi, I’m Jennifer Hamilton, LMHC~

Healing is a journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself and rediscover hope.
 
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP–II), I specialize in PTSD and trauma recovery, using EMDR and other evidence–based modalities to support deep, lasting healing.
 
My mission is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most difficult moments, helping them move from pain to possibility. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non–judgmental space where clients can explore challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self–harm, and substance use with openness and courage.
 
Rooted in a collaborative, solution–focused approach, I work to empower each client by building on their strengths and fostering resilience. As a Registered Yoga Instructor, I also incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and grounding techniques to enhance anxiety relief, support emotional regulation, and overall well–being.
 
Healing is not a one–size–fits–all process, and I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are. With warmth, authenticity, and respect, I am committed to supporting your journey toward self–discovery, inner peace, and meaningful change.
 
Outside of the therapy room, I find restoration and inspiration in nature. Whether it’s hiking wooded trails, biking scenic paths, or simply soaking in the beauty of the outdoors, I value time spent connecting with the natural world. I’m also an avid reader and love getting lost in a good book—anything that invites reflection, imagination, or a fresh perspective.
