Family Therapy
in Florida
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, or stress more days than not? Are you navigating a major life change, grieving a loss, or struggling to understand recurring patterns in your life? At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we believe that meaningful change is possible—and individual therapy is often the first step toward that transformation.
Every family has its own story, rhythm, and challenges. Maybe it feels like you’re having the same arguments over and over. Maybe distance has crept in, or you’re unsure how to support a loved one facing anxiety, grief, or trauma.
At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we believe family therapy isn’t about pointing fingers. It’s about creating a safe space where each voice can be heard, where conflict can shift into understanding, and where relationships can heal.
Family therapy looks at the whole system — not just one person’s struggles. When one member of the family is hurting, everyone feels it. When one member grows, the whole family can begin to heal.
Families often come to Seasons when navigating:
Every family is unique. Our therapists respect your culture, values, and dynamics while offering evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Depending on your needs, we may draw from:
In every approach, our goal is the same: to help your family move from conflict to connection and from disconnection to trust.
Sessions typically last 45 minutes and may include all or some family members, depending on your goals. Therapy is available in person at our welcoming offices in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Coral Springs, or virtually across Florida.
In sessions, your therapist will:
Sometimes, a weekly 45-minute session isn’t enough.
For families facing intense stress or crisis, Seasons offers Intensive Therapy — short-term, high-impact sessions designed for immediate stabilization and healing. These may involve:
Intensives can be especially helpful for families navigating addiction, infidelity, grief, trauma, or high-conflict situations.
If you plan to use insurance:
– One family member must meet criteria for a diagnosable condition (such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD).
– That person must be designated as the “identified client.”
– Sessions must be medically necessary and focused on that person’s treatment.
If your family is seeking therapy for growth, parenting support, or relationship enrichment, we also offer private pay options with flexible scheduling.
Since 2020, Seasons has helped families across Florida reconnect, rebuild, and thrive. Families trust us because we offer:
Conflict and disconnection don’t have to define your family’s story. With the right support, healing and harmony are possible.
Let’s work together to rebuild connection, safety, and trust — one season at a time.
