Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Hi, I’m Eli Castillo, MS~

I know reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to create a safe, understanding, and respectful space where you can express yourself freely. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, I’ll work alongside you to build coping strategies and explore new perspectives, so you don’t have to go through it alone.

Therapy is about more than just “fixing problems.” It’s about giving yourself the tools, insight, and compassion needed to grow and heal. I want you to feel safe, understood, and respected as we work together.

As a Registered Licensed Mental Health Counseling Intern, I have hands-on experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic approach includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and client-centered therapy, which help clients understand their challenges and strengthen resilience.

Outside of therapy, I love immersing myself in a good fantasy or fiction novel, crocheting, and exploring arts and crafts projects. When I’m feeling adventurous, you’ll find me kayaking, rock climbing, or trying out a new outdoor activity.
